TRUE Europe Mid-Term Conference in Bucharest, hosted by Academia de Studii Economice.

The TRUE Europe consortium met on Thursday, November 28, in Bucharest to share preliminary findings and experiences regarding stakeholders’ perspectives on trust in industrial relations.

Partners from Austria, Czechia, Ireland, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Sweden presented their respective country cases and discussed their insights and challenges in exploring opportunities to strengthen collective bargaining in their countries.

The mid-term conference offered stimulating discussions on the role of trust in industrial relations across Europe and provided a chance to plan upcoming co-creative workshops for local stakeholders.

The TRUE Europe project addresses challenges related to digitization, skills development, and security within the metal, banking and finance, and transport sectors across eight European countries.
