Looking back on these wonderful two days at the ‘Turning the Qualitative Gaze on Corporate Governance Research’ workshop hosted at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) it was a truly rewarding learning experience.

Led by professors Ann L. Cunliffe and Karen Locke, we had the opportunity to explore the intricacies of corporate governance and board dynamics, gaining extremely useful insights into qualitative research methodology.

I’m excited to put what I’ve learned into practice and design a qualitative study that brings together boards and trade unions to build great organisations.
