Since 2019, Iulia Rădulescu has been a fully qualified lawyer with the Olt Bar, practicing in the fields of criminal, civil, and commercial law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, providing her with a strong foundation for addressing the complex legal relationships of today’s business environment.

Her professional activity is characterized by a dual focus: on the one hand, assisting and representing clients before the courts in criminal, civil, or commercial cases, where she has consistently demonstrated legal rigor, determination, and the ability to manage complex situations; and on the other hand, supporting clients in the amicable resolution of disputes through negotiation and the drafting of settlements that bring litigation to an efficient and fair conclusion. This balanced approach reflects her belief that a good lawyer must be not only a defender in the courtroom but also a pragmatic advisor, capable of finding durable solutions beyond litigation.
