Paper: Turning points in the EU’s support for trade union rights: The case of Romania

Delighted to share my participation in the recently concluded 2023 Industrial Relations in Europe Conference (IREC) hosted in Durham, UK. It was an enriching experience where scholars and practitioners converged to explore and discuss the latest developments in industrial relations.

💡I had the privilege of presenting a paper titled “Turning Points in the EU’s Support of Trade Union Rights: The Case of Romania” during the European and International Trade Unionism parallel session.

🙏A heartfelt thank you to my coordinator and lead author Professor Aurora Trif for her constant guidance and to everyone involved in making IREC 2023 an unforgettable and enlightening experience. I am eager to incorporate these newfound insights into my ongoing research.
