Mr. Bogdan Dinu has been an active member of the Olt Bar Association since 2015 and currently serves as the secretary of the board of directors of a multinational organization.

With a Bachelor of Studies (B.S.) in Law from the Law University of Craiova, he brings extensive experience in employment law and corporate law. Proficient in various aspects of labour relations, including dismissal procedures, complex reorganization projects, individual and collective dismissals, and addressing technical unemployment issues, he also participates in collective negotiation procedures and advises on the conclusion of collective labour contracts and internal regulations. Continuous legal support is offered to the Human Resources Departments on labour law issues arising from daily operations.

Bogdan excels in drafting and managing national and international contracts governed by Romanian law, as well as cross-border transactions governed by international law in collaboration with foreign lawyers. Ongoing legal support is provided to the Purchasing and Sales Departments on contract law matters arising from daily business activities.

As secretary of the board of directors, he is responsible for drafting board agendas, meeting minutes, and communicating board decisions to relevant company departments. Legal support is provided to the CEO and relevant departments on corporate law matters stemming from board activities.

GDPR compliance experience allows him to act as a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) and design processes and mechanisms to ensure adherence to GDPR requirements imposed by the (EU) 2016/679 regulation. This includes managing processing operation records, conducting audit evaluations, negotiating data protection agreements, conducting breach assessments, implementing policies, and leading training sessions.
